Somehow I believe all of these four reviews are faked. I wouldn't be surprised if a competitive nail salon (not naming names) may have set these up. None of them coheres in any way with my experience at Nature's Nails. I have had superb and caring customer service. They do a tremendous job on all aspects of nail care. The place is clean and pleasant. The owner, Tracey, always greets me by name and remembers all the details of my last experience. I find it hard to believe they would turn anyone away. I saw them do a pedicure on a man once that was - uh - well if they would have turned away anyone they would have turned him away, given the state of his feet. Yet they provided wonderful, thoughtful, polite service.
So please go in and judge for yourself and don't believe these faked reviews. This is a wonderful place.
The salon wAS DIRTY not sanitary each chair has old nail filings I. Each arm chair They were running behind schedule 20 min on my appt. They had 2 different techs start to dial my gels then spike in their native tongue while one ran away and another said she will be right back. Henry was very rude about the wait after 30 min of waiting to have someone take off the gels. Henry tells me I need to wait longer as my polish was in foils fir over 20 min. Very unprofessional tone, cleanliness, demeanor. I'm surprised healthy Dept. Has shown up yet. Covid slowed all inspections.
