The tech is friendly and competent. He gets things done, and has done a good job in removing the pests that required us to become Nature’s Way customers. My only complaint is that the company won’t tell us until the day before the appointment when to expect him to arrive. They give us a span of several hours, which keeps us waiting when we have other things to do.

I've been using Nature's Way for just three months, but I am impressed by their communication, treatment plan, regularity and timeliness, friendliness & responsiveness. I discovered a yellow jacket nest in my perennial garden & let them know that. Within days & in the middle of our regularly scheduled visit, they came out and dug up tge nest. They are awesome!

Nature's Way was great all around. Scheduling the estimate was quick and the staff was very kind and helpful. They sent Joe, a technician, out the next day and he removed the murder hornets from my house, making the outside safe again for everyone! I love that they use organic sprays that are people and pet safe! I will be continuing monthy service with them and fully recommend them for pest control needs.
