Nava is a great family-run business. They're friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen to the customer. They have worked on two of my own personal vehicles and I was very happy with the job they did on both. I rate my experience doing business with them at five stars. This is the best body shop in the area, hands down! On top of their amazing work and attention to detail, they make sure you're in constant communication with updates. They are never vague and always transparent with anything and everything. Free estimates and they talk to the insurance companies to make sure you get the best deal! Timely and professional are a few words to cross my mind when I see my fixed car!
