The standard exchange part is great but I will say that the Verizon kiosk is rather slow. Myself and 2 others wanted to get onto 1 plan and it took 3 hours and we had to order a phone for 1 of us which when it showed up we ended up waiting over 2 hours to get it because both employees were helping 1 couple. You would be much better off going to the Verizon store in town.

It has a pretty good selection. They have a lot of good deals on name brand items. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I've never had a hard time with parking or waiting in line for too long to check out.

Good exchange better than the one in the Navy support complex off I5, However the barber shop definitely needs to either hire more barbers or staff it better especially on the weekend. Wait times can be hours for a haircut on the weekends. As for the rest of the staff they are good at what they do plus turnover doesn't look bad at all I have seen the same staff for years. As with any exchange some items are pricey but also as always there are deals to be had. My favorite part is the liquor section it is a good size.
