Navy Fed's a good credit union for veterans, service members, and families of service members. Anytime I go here, I never have to wait long to be helped. I've only had positive experiences with the loan representatives and tellers. They have two ATMS outside: one for deposits and the other for cash transactions. Not to mention, they have a little trivia board inside that changes daily!

I filed fraud report, someone took over 20 thousand from, filed the police report, hell I was in jail when it happened. Navy Federal denied me, said I had two answer seven Questions... about my account... . Opened an account at another bank and fondled monies for damn near three years, Schools First, went in there with two goverment I D's they would not! Let me see my account .

I wish I could give ZERO!!!! I did my application online for a auto loan and all I needed to do was pick up the check! I waited 45 mins to get a check! The line for deposits was moving fairly quickly but it was a lot of people waiting to be seen. I asked the lady upfront how much longer will I have to wait because if it’s going to be another 45 mins I will go to another location… she said let me see if Evelyn can take you… while Evelyn was sitting at her desk looking at her computer. She than said she’ll call you in 5mins. So I said this guy just walked in here and was taken right away… how is that? She said he’s been here waiting 45 mins before you. I said so I can leave and come back and get my spot back back. She just laughed… and said someone will be with me shortly. Than when I got to Evelyn’s desk her energy was off like she didn’t want to help me. These people were picking and choosing who they’re wanted to help regardless of the order you came in. Some of NavyFed associates were talking to other employees standing around just doing nothing while their were people in the waiting area waiting to be assisted! Next time I will go to another NavyFed just not this one! Terrible customer service and the branch lead sat in her office and watched while being selective who she wanted to help. Smh
