If you are buying a home Don is the absolute BEST home inspector you could hire! The level of detail in that he brings to his home inspections is absolutely unmatched and he can really help you in your negotiating process plus give you a truly realistic view of the home you're purchasing. Additionally, he is also a member of the Washington State Home Inspector Advisory Licensing Board and the Program Coordinator and Instructor Bellingham Technical College. If you need an inspector Don is the best you can hire!!

I have worked with Don on multiple occasions fixing troubled HVAC systems he has found during home inspections. There is no doubt that Don is the best! He is consistent and expects perfection from new homes and remodels!
As a side effect my level of craftsmanship has improved. Before leaving any job i ask myself one question...What if Don inspected this?

Don inspected two properties for us and we could not have been happier with his service. He is extremely thorough with his reports, and very well versed in what codes and best building practices are applicable to any given circumstance.
