As an out-of-town visitor familiar with the customer service standards at Kush21, I was surprised during my recent visit by the initial lack of greeting until I initiated contact. Furthermore, when I inquired about purchasing a preroll, I was directed primarily towards the less expensive options rather than a range of choices. While the aesthetics of the store were impressive, the overall customer service experience did not meet my expectations.
