I was really hurting as I had a infected tooth that needed taken care of today. Dr. Bautista and her assistant were very kind and went out of their way to help me. Everthing was explained well so I wasn't worried and all of the staff at the clinic were very nice and patient. I am very grateful for the care today and looking foreward to the next visit. After being hospitalized for a serious dental issue overt the weekend, the staff here took excellent care of me. I am returning for more work on my teeth. I won't trust anyone else. Amazing. That being said, it is hard to reach them via my chart because they are very busy and brand new. I encourage people to try to be patient and understanding. I have never been shown such compassion by a dentist before. He did not let my being low income effect anything. Dr. Holzer is professional and caring.

I needed a lot of dental work done after putting it off till it couldn't get any worse due to my fear of the dentist and the cost. Trying to set a good example and save my teeth, I found out about Neighborcare by chance. They have been great and the office ladies always make me an early apt so I can get home to my kids, so my spouse can get to work. They have gotten me in and out quickly each time. I am grateful I have found them and they saved my teeth! Both dentists I have seen have always taken great care with any issues I have had, and worked with me on a treatment plan. My only complaint is the answering service the main line uses, so be sure to get the Olympia office main line when you are there, as they are wonderful.
