I visited the office for orthotics. Once molded and I received I needed adjustments to them and Neil stated I could come in anytime until they fit correctly and he would make the adjustments. I also paid out-of-pocket for the orthotics, a few hundred by the way. After wearing them for a few months they still were uncomfortable so I went in. He shaved the top off a bit and they finally fit. Everything was good and I left. Then I receive an office visit bill for $85.00 for adjusting something I already paid for and that he told me he would do? Needless to say what a complete ripoff and when I contacted him to talk with me, he hid behind his staff and never called. For someone that can't hold up his word. I would not recommend him, unfortunately.

I went to see Dr. Mansdorf for a consultation for bunion surgery. I had to cancel a few time because of appointments for my dad that came up unexpectedly after my first consultation visit! I was supposed to come back to have appliances made for my running shoes which he refused to see me after that. Such a rude arrogant man! Thank God I didn’t book a surgery! The Universe had spoke! Beware!

I have worked in the medical field for over 35 years and have met many wonderful physicians but I have never met a Dr. As humble, and honest as Dr Neil Mansdorf, DPM. He is an amazing well qualified surgeon. Personally i'vee had many great surgeons work on my body. I'm 64 y.o. with many medical auto immune disorders I've had both knees& both hips replaced Each year sx comes with more risk due to some very rare conditions. I was to the point where I had given up on anyone successfully performing foot surgery on me. I have Raynaulds disease & Bechetts syndromewhich affect the flow of blood & oxygen to my fingers & toes. most physicians no longer want to perform surgery on me, I knew my quality of life was narrowing to possibly confined to a wheel chair. Dr. Neil Mansdorf one of true compassion & extreme knowledge explained the risk & said he would skeptically do the surgery it truly was my only hope. Fractured metatarsal plate, bunions hammertoe my foot needed to be reconstructed. He explained all procedures & recovery. I knew I was in great hands. My surgery is healing perfectly. Thank you Dr Mansdorf for being among the great surgeons.
