My brother sent flowers to my work today. But since I work at a hospital, their policy is that nothing can be delivered without verbal consent and I couldn't be reached because I was with a patient. First the driver waited for almost an hour in case I could be reached. And then came all the way back to the hospital a few minutes after I finally made it to the front desk. The florist who called me apologized for not delivering the flowers the first time and was entirely lovely and sweet. Wonderful, caring people, from a wonderful Florist shop. Oh and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!

The owner Leisa is great!! Fresh, beautiful flowers were available for me to look at. She was able to help me out last minute with a gorgeous arrangement!
I even had an emergency floral arrangement that needed to be done next day early. I called after hours and she got back to me within the hour and was able to get the flowers delivered in time for the service!

Excellent ordering experience! I live out of the country and it was a nice surprise not to have complications due to this. There were great options to choose from on the website, though the bouquet that was delivered was not quite the same as what was pictured. Understandable, but a little disappointing. The flowers were delivered right away and this was overall an excellent experience. I will definitely be choosing this company for future orders.
