My sister just purchased four items in one online order a few weeks ago and somehow Neiman recreated the order 3 times with 3 different order numbers and has shipped out many many many boxes and bags containing pieces of each order this week. She has been billed 7 times on her credit card. Calls to 1-888-888-4757 were fruitless. All 3 times disconnected by Neiman agent who couldn’t speak English well enough to understand and resolve the issue. Long story short, Neiman should arrange for a free single pickup but no luck getting anyone to even answer the customer service phone again. Normally returns incur a $9.95 return fee, for each bag or box, which is ridiculous given their huge mistake and shipping out in pieces, which has caused her to waste hours today trying to resolve the issue. What’s going on with shipping and customer service these days Neiman Marcus? Very disappointing.
10/11/24 It’s now been three days since Neiman Marcus was emailed all the background information regarding this online order catastrophe and they have not yet contacted my sister to correct it. She sits with her multiple delivery boxes and bags of the same order waiting.
