Very disappointed with Michael the associate with apparel. I was at the store today to return a merchandise that was sold by Micheal at the Tampa store.
When I came to return, Micheal gave me a runaround how it cannot be returned since it’s past 30 days, which first he said he can exchange, then told me he cannot even exchange and call the “online return” to check if the return can be make.
So 30 min later I called the online customer service, who were very surprised and asked me to talk to the tampa store manager.
When I asked Michael for the store manager, instead of getting her he changed the story again and said he can now exchange it.
It was a $700 dress which fit me small and was delivered right after I left for vacation.
I am very disappointed that Michael intentions were just to waste my time and not help, unless when I asked for manager as suggested by the online customer rep.
Through all this, the store closed and they told me to come tomorrow- of course I don’t have time tomorrow, since I work.
