I was scammed by a worker here and never received my product after waiting for more than a month! I waited to recieve my refund and never got it from Lilliana. I called and they told me I would get a call back and haven’t heard from them still. Unacceptable service and bad business.

I’ve been a customer for Nieman Marcus for over 20 years I have noticed recently is not the same anymore. I bought a sweater from online app. The size turn out to be wrong. Relying on the return policy that they used to have I purchased the different size. Received the item on time but they refused to return the other item that doesn’t fit citing the new final sale policy. Very disappointing!
