I understand when people are a little late, but almost 1 hour is not a little late. No communication from her after her original text at 3:50pm . Our appt. was at 5:00pm. I waited till 5:40pm to ask for an update. No response until I said, let's cancel. SOOOOOO SAD that people think a little late is 1 hour now a days. Ruined the entire night. Thank you Neli for the great service, TOTALLY KIDDING. Be more professional and update your clients. Neli didn't even apologize. And the saddest thing of all is our dog was so excited to meet her and I had to let him know she wasn't coming.
What happened to communication and great customer service, so sad.
Thank you to Neli the mobile pet groomer! You did an amazing job on my 16 year old cat and 4 month kitten. Both cats got a flea bath and nails trimmed. Neli handled them with gentle care. My cats were not stressed at all. My senior cat got a trim around back and a ton of fur removed.
Neli also discovered a place on my senior cat that I need to get checked out at the vet. This could be a life saver.
Thank you for all your help- great service. I will definitely recommend for cats! I will be back in a few months.
