- They take a lot of time to share the details on the treatment plan up front so that we were all comforable with the plan of action.
- The estimate for our student was 18-months and that's exactly how long it took.
- Dr. Nelson and his staff are very professional and welcoming. My student was always game to go their app't because of the friendly atmosphere.
- Appointments are available before and after school so we didn't miss a lot of class time.
- Appointments start promptly; there's no waiting around!
- Billing was seamless.
- They have a convenient location and we found it easy to park.
- We lost a couple of retainers and they got us in for replacements in a hurry
- We bump into lots of students from the neighborhood and school when we're in their office

Nelson did such a good job with my treatment! All the staff is so friendly and helpful with the whole process. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend this office to others!

We have had two family members pass through here and they have always been fantastic. Originally recommended to us after a facial trauma accident by the oral surgeon we wanted but insurance didn't cover. It all went so fantastically well that we took our son in for an overbite. Can't recommend these Dr. Nelson and his crew highly enough.
