I hit a massive pothole on mill road and it took out 2 tires. Nelson was there in 30 minutes. This was on a Sunday and every other place said they could get it on Monday or Tuesday.
I will always have my car towed by there people.

They fixed the front end damage on my car, but they took off the panel cover by my door for someone reason and then I guess threw it away. It pops off if you scrape by it with your feet, but it just pushes back on. I'm guessing someone getting in and out with work boots on a bunch popped it off, but I'm so sad that they didn't put it back or in my car. Now it's another hassle to deal with after some very not kind interactions with the Nelson staff 😕

Spent 500 bucks to diagnose wife's van. Told replace engine, drove it home, front driver wheel had 2 lug nuts. Then realized they didn't reinstall all head bolts. 2 in back are just missing. They got it running until I drove it home and went inside, hour later would not start. Place is a joke. Would Sue if I could of.....
