They know everything about the products they sell. If I ever have a question, they answer the phone, and....thy t have the answer. I have never been passed around. Fantastic customer service.

Nelthorpe & Son is an awesome local business! We just purchased a new washing machine and dryer from them. Not only were their prices better than anyone else in the area, they answered every question we had and provided amazing customer service. During shipping our machine got a scuff on the side and Nelthorpe arranged to replace the machine with a new one. Can't recommend these guys enough. Also if you're looking for a new washing machine, unfortunately almost every brand and model these days absolutely sucks from all the environmental legislation they've forced onto manufacturers. Only decent one left is the Maytag Commercial MVWP575GW.
