The worst place I have ever been. I booked one night to have a place to sleep after dropping my kid off at WSU. For $120 I at least expect the staff to be civil and room to be clean. Bad assumption. The receptionist was rude. The room was disgusting and smelly. There was a huge, revolting hair ball in the shower. When I showed the girl a picture she just said, "well we don't have another room." I got a refund and got out of there as quickly as possible. Do yourself a favor and look up Air BnB if the decent hotels are all booked.

Whomever says that it is great place to stay is likely a family friend or relative.||We have stayed here only because of availability at other decent hotels during dads weekend. Every time we had to stay, there was always something that made us shake our heads or cringe, from a crumbling step, broken faucet to vomit left in the bathtub and more. We had a standing reservation here for dads weekend only because we would have a place to sleep. Well this year we never got the call to confirm and charge the extremely high price for what you are getting (made me sick every time paying this, but we were desperate) so my husband finally called and they said that they were booked and we did not have the reservation and it was not their problem. So we had no room for dads weekend. So, I tried try over and over again calling the Hilltop Inn and they finally got us a room. We have stayed at the Hilltop before and the rooms are great and the staff are wonderful. Do not waist your money staying at Nendels. This place should be demolished, and rebuilt then maybe the price would be worth the stay. We will NEVER stay there again!! No one should.

Stayed here as a last minute reservation and now I see why they have so many available rooms. The rooms are old and ours had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom needs extensive cleaning, I found multiple stains and hair. Not a very pleasant experience, will be staying elsewhere in the future.
