I'd say that my experience was not great, but not because of the guys working there (they were very nice), but because of the stores policies and their cost of parts and labor that they charge is bonkers. When they generally say it's cheaper to build a computer yourself, they mean a lot lot cheaper.
Also Nerdstogo's way of communicating is through an email chain and I had to wait 3 days before I even heard back from them, even though I had to pay money for that. And then it was another day to hear back from them each time they responded to my questions. Took 4 days to find out they were not going to be able to help me if I wanted to stay within my price range. Altogether it was a frustrating experience for me from a highly rated shop.
