NeuroEyeOrbit Institute: Swaraj Bose, MD

The front desk ignored me when I asked her to make sure she got fax from Dr. SOLIMON. She said First she has to register me then would take care of it.After she got my consent and copay she said she has only small note from Doctor Solomon. She did not even tell me after an hour I was there she got the fax or not. I initiated to ask her and she said no. I said why they did return me to waiting room. She showed it was not her responsibility, and at the end after half an hour I opened the door , and I asked PA to let me see the doctor. She said they can reschedule me if I am in hurry. ( I was waiting for this appointment over 2 months) . After 3 minutes of my complaint PA did exam for me. However Doctor Bose was available and did not have any patients at that moment. He was very expert and pointed out the problem first 5 minutes. The staffs of doctors have to understand patients could have miserable days until to see a doctor. They have to be communicative and on time for patients. If I had asked another doctor’s fax, I wanted to save time not to be returned to waiting room another 30 minutes.

Dr Bose is one of the best and most knowledgeable physicians I have known. His staff are all very polite and knowledgeable. The vision tests they performed on me were the best. The final report he dictated on my visit is very detailed and informative. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bose is brilliant and stands out from others. The nurses and staff are highly professional yet personably. I wish I did not need to see him, but since I do, he has been fantastic. He identified issues and layout plans to maintain stability. Thank you Dr Bose and Staff!
