The office staff is horrible. They don't answer the phone over half the time, and when you leave them a message, it takes WEEKS for them to get back to you. If you call more than once in a row, they pick up the phone and cop an attitude with you, as if YOU are the problem. Not only that, but they talk down on you, as if they are trying their best to make you feel stupid.
I am supposed to be seen every 6 months because I'm on a cancer watch, and decided to switch doctors because I hear so many good things about Dr. Shakespeare. Unfortunately I will never know if he lives up to his reputation because the staff couldn't be bothered enough to get me in.
I have been trying to be seen since February, and they called me today, the day of my appointment that was rescheduled THREE TIMES already, saying we need to reschedule AGAIN and the earliest I can be seen is August 1st. Not only that, I was scheduled for the WRONG DOCTOR!! If they would have scheduled me with Dr. Shakespeare, I would not have been asked to reschedule for the FOURTH time today.
I expressed my concerns, and the office ladies honestly couldn't care less. They really need to get it together, because they are making the doctors look bad. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! I am honestly so disappointed because I had such high hopes for this place...
