Have used A&A multiple times in the past, George has become very arrogant and does not know how to schedule jobs. I have taken my car to get some basic work done over four times in the past six months and every time he tells me he’s too busy and reschedules me, so every time I go back on the scheduled date that HE asked me to come back on, he says that he doesn’t know what I’m talking about, and that he’s too busy for me. He has absolutely no respect for others time.

Would give Zero Star if possible!! Shop was chosen through insurance (USAA) by way of Safelite (since it was glass related) and by way of Sunroof Express (since Safelite does not deal with sunroofs).

They cleaned out the glass from part of the track and what was visible. Then they replaced the sunroof and when we left was told that it would close normally within a day or two and the noise would also go away. After leaving we noticed that the sunshade was damaged and immediately called Sunroof Express about the issue.

I have been trying since July 2023 to get this issue resolved and New A & A Top and Trim even lied to Sunroof Express about it and no one wants to pay.
