My experience could not been any better. Nicholas is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He was referred to me by my grandson who is a realtor and has a long experience with Nicholas. We had been thinking of doing a refi as interest rates were dropping and equity in the property was rising. Our original mortgage was with New American Funding, I’d forgotten they said they would contact us after 2yrs to see if they could be of service, which they did. Met with Nick at their Poulsbo office went home with a rate we really liked. Then did some shopping around and found even better offers online. Well after 3 weeks of one unfulfilled promise after another online, we went back to Nick and NAF. Although our time on the offer had expired they honored it. The entire process fast and efficient, NAF made no promises they couldn’t fulfill. We would not hesitate to use them again if needed and recommend them for your mortgage needs. ALOHA
