From our first call to N.E.W. Closets and Tyler's quick and friendly reply, we had high hopes. Blake came to our home to review what we needed. To be honest, I was anticipating them to turn down the work because even though we had 5 small closets, our requirements were very basic. We didn't order anything fancy or high-end, just upper and lower hanging rods and one closet having a few drawers. They treated our job as importantly as a client requesting a full walk-in closet with all the bells and whistles. Their price was reasonable and allowed us to have well organized and functional closets for our needs. Their communication during the process was top notch and we never had to follow up with them for any reason. They were respectful of the areas they worked in, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and we are more than pleased with all of the closets they did for us.
