BUYER BEWARE....Don't buy from here they are like typical salesperson show you something else and when deliver totally different. I bought multiple appliances from here cause someone recommended me. I paid for brand new GAS range and when delivery came it was open box and had some scratches at back and sides immediately called store and person told to call me back but Noone called back so I went at store and they said we will send brandnew again. Any how delivery came and serial number was different than what written on invoice. AND it smells since we put on. So had to call manufacturer as these guys have no return policy. No customer service after they got money in. I would not suggest to-go there and get hassle to save some money..
Even my washer dryer they show something else and send me whole dented in sides.. had to get that changed as well total wasted my time and when I was paying for this..

Look for Rupindeer if you need a fridge. He has over a decade of experience and is very friendly. He was very patient with our family and ensured we got a fridge with no dents. Unfortunately, the fridge got dented during delivery, but Rupindeer is very responsive and is helping us get that resolved!

If you're thinking of going to any New Country location, highly suggest you go the the Langley Bypass location and make sure you ask for Jag to assist you. I purchased an LG washer/dryer machine on the weekend. Jag was attentive from the first interaction through post delivery. He was openly informative on every appliance, carefully listened to all my questions and concerns, and guided me to select a model that was most suitable for my needs. Next day delivery was arranged, delivery team was great. Jag even called twice on the day of delivery to make sure that everything went well.
