This review is overdue! Zoltan saved me after Windows crashed in my new HP laptop. It took several hours to get me back up and functional. Zoltan went the extra mile and even helped me reinstall all my work apps and showed me how to pin them! Zoltan was SO patient. I can’t thank him enough as I just started a new remote job and was stressed over the situation. Thank you so much!!

Reached out with an issue with a new laptop that we purchased as the drive was DOA. Talked to Zoltan and with in a 5 min phone call was able to talk about my steps to diagnose the issue, him to confirm and then send me a new drive with expedited shipping. Perhaps the best tech support/customer service experience I have had in my 14 years in the tech industry.

Dealt with these guys on Amazon and it was a phenomenal experience. I had been looking for a retired version of a product and the last 4 attempts over the last 6 months all got me the updated product which would not integrate into my system. When I found their product listing I reached out by email to ensure they really had the correct product. They were very quick to respond and assured me it was the right one. I placed the order and it arrived the next day! Sure enough, it was the exact product I needed. A 6 month PITA was finally resolved. Thanks! I look forward to using these guys again.
