I never thought I would need to bail someone out, especially my brother. This is the first time I had to deal with a situation like this. Jesus working out of the office in Fontana was the one helping my case. He was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to help me and my family understand what we needed to do. He made my family feel at ease with all the information he provided. He was very informative and answered every question we had. He kept following up with me with details on my brothers case.
