I was in need of an HVAC company and I found this company online. I got a couple quotes from a few other HVAC Companies as I had a lot questions trying to figure out how my HVAC system works and I was told by my coworker I needed to get it serviced since it was making a really loud noise every time I would turn it on. New Era Home Comfort was willing to come out the next day to check it out at no charge. Once the tech got here, He was very polite and very attentive to what I had to say. He answered all my questions and I was at ease. They did the service and found the blower motor was leaking oil and it had to be replaced. I’m very happy I went with them.
