In my recent experience, Rob helped my lose 25lbs however this is only part of it as what I really lost was inches and through this a much healthier life style and confidence! I highly recommend Rob as he is what made it happen, bottom line! By the way, do to this heartier life style I lowered my A1C significantly reducing medication along with blood pressure and heart medications! Rob saved my life! He can changes yours!

The time I’ve spent with Rob Lamb of New Found Strength has resulted in a noticeable increase in my mobility and movement abilities which was severely limited.
My limitation greatly impeded my overall mobility in exercising and daily movements. It made everything much hard that it had to be.
One of the most effective methods from Rob that I use daily is the RPR, Reflective Performance Reset. These daily neurological reset movements significantly increased my mobility by activating my nervous system’s connection to my body with RPR’s muscle activation contact points. It prepares me for daily workouts as well as the rigors of life. Activating my diaphragm has made huge changes. Then learning to control or maybe not over control my breathing is a significant part of my routine, it assists in relaxing the mind and body (muscle fascia and nervous system). This gives me greater mobility and flexibility in my movements.
Learning to utilizing Resistance Stretching at New Found Strength as a warmup, by slowing down my warmup exercises the stretching is more effective and my work outs are improved. Additional Resistance Stretches used on a regular basis releases my fascial restrictions and emphasize hip mobility, quad, calf and ankle all allowing me to squat deeper with less discomfort
I don’t leave a lot of reviews however the session I had with Rob was really unique and powerful, so I want to sing his praises.
I had a session with Rob to work on some lower back pain and was expecting a physical therapy session.
What I actually received was definitely so much more. Yes, there were some physical exercises performed as well as homework given, however, there was also something much deeper that was offered. To be honest, it’s kind of hard to put in words, but it was like physical therapy, yoga, coaching, breathwork, physiology class, and therapy all mixed into one.
It was such a unique experience and actually very profound for shaking up some old stories in me and bringing them to the surface.
Not only was the actual session powerful, but post appointment Rob continued to check in on me to make sure I was doing my exercises and to see how I was feeling. It was just the most beautiful blend of professionalism and personalization.
The overall theme of everything within us being connected was really present. Old stories, emotions and physical health are all connected. We hear this all of the time, but I really saw it in the session.
I could go on and on, however I will just say that this work is really powerful and Rob delivers it effectively, compassionately and professionally.
