I would never take my loved one there. The owner Deniise only cares about money. She admitted a client without ever meeting her. She yelled at discharge planner uncontrollably. She wanted to have a resident be discharged unsafely. Very rude and hostile. Very uninformed.
A former resident of our facility returned to our care from this place. She is incontinent and was SOAKED IN URINE WITH NO BRIEF ON AND HAS SKIN TEARS!
This is borderline neglect and you can expect her family and power of attorney to be notified over this matter. She also said the staff had no manners. She was wearing nothing but regular underwear that were drenched in piss!
This diplorable act shows where the care really lyes, money and image. Not compassion, not empathy, just borderline exploitation and neglect. If you have any honor, you will not charge the family for this month because that is one thing we will be encouraging the power of attorney to fight you all over AT THE VERY LEAST.
I hope you feel shame, because you caused an entire facility to feel embarrassment and disgust over this matter.
