I left a dress, coat, and electric blanket. The staff did not clean my coat very well ( still saw dirt smudge on the front), and the blanket smelled musty and of rusty iron. I took the two items back and the staff claimed she did not smell anything or see the smudge (which were obvious) on my coat. I left my belongings and asked her to have the manager take a look at the items in question. I went back 2 weeks later (I have a very busy schedule) to pick up the items. When I did the owner gave my coat and blanket both clean and smelled fresh, and said nothing of the incident.
I have brought my husbands' clothing here several times and never had problems. I do believe some of the prices are high but, did not mind paying since he has always been happy with them.

I’ve been using this Cleaners business for dry cleaning and so far it’s been just ok- not great or good- just average; lately the staff has been more rude and more indifferent to my requests or questions. The alterations requested were not done correctly and the representative kept on saying it was not their problem or that they had not done it yet this is the only Cleaners I use (or used to use) and not to mention she is not even the one who actually did the work. The staff is always playing religious musing which is great yet ironic as their overall customer service is undesirable. Also, they had a good paper ticket process going but they went back to handwriting them and at times the representative would not even give me any receipt or tag rather stated just to come back and they would know who I was and what I dropped off- how is one supposed to know they are charging me correctly? Well, needless to say I am in the search for a nee Cleaners place as they clearly do not respect or welcome my business here.

I bring my child's jrotc uniform here. To get the jacket cleaned costs more than the uniform itself. Also, Missy the cashier could use a hug. Please, be kind to her. Other than that, they do a good job. :)
