Boba tea was okay. Service could definitely improve such as making more eye contact and smiling while greeting customers. It’s a nice, small hangout place.

The red beans milk teas with less ice hits the spot for me. Like what I used to like in Hong Jong.

Pretty good and cheap milk tea, $4.95 for small size. Bit too sweet for me. YMMV.
