We've been going here for 3 years and this is the best cleaners I've ever used. They found cash in one of our pockets (we didn't know it was missing) and returned it. We did have an issue with a few shirts having some minor wrinkles but I mentioned it to them and they were very friendly about it, asking that we let them redo them for free, and it's never happened since (more than 2 years later). I'm pretty picky and expect a lot from a cleaners and New Town meets those expectations.

I left a queen size comforter and wedding dress to be cleaned. The comforter looked new and is actually quite old. The wedding dress looked spectacular. So clean and pressed exquisitely. Steve is very professional and kind and courteous. Thank you Steve.

My experience was amazing :) he took care of my mother's wedding dress that I will be wearing. He made it look new! Very detailed and completed earlier then promised. He is my new go to guy!
