New West laptops was really quick and friendly in fixing my Macbook. I needed it for school and they were very accommodating and understanding to my situation. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She fixed my laptop while I was in the store! Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs, top notch service!

I brought my laptop in as it had overheating issues.Best Buy had quoted me at $300+tax and they wanted to ship it out for 2-3 weeks. These guys did it for a fraction of the price and fixed it within one business day! Super happy and I will definitely come back if I have another problem!

The service that I received was very professional and excellent. I brought in my Lenovo Laptop in for a repair of the viewscreen. I like the fact that they first looked at the problem without charging anything. The technician said it could be 2 problems. One that would cost around $80 and the other at $199. In their defense,, my laptop is quite old, however, I can't really afford to buy a new laptop and their is a program on it that I really need. Incredibly, he repaired it at the cheaper rate, however, he did say that it might not be a perfect repair and if there are any issues I should contact him again and they would look at it again. I really like the fact that he was honest with me. I also know that my computer is "old" however, I looked around the store and a couple of the refurbished computers caught my eye. So if the problem occurs, I will most likely purchase a refurbished computer from this store. I would definitely come back here and support this store again.
