We couldn't be more pleased with NewGen Energy. We were pondering getting a whole house generator but didn't know even what questions to ask. NewGen was so helpful, clear about explaining options, and very responsive. They've exceeded expectations in every possible way from quoting us to installation to follow up. We highly recommend NewGen Energy!

Stay away from this company. I think they went bust. No returned phone calls or service visits anymore.
