Scheduled tow never showed. The whole day was wasted. Won't answer or return calls. Now, I'm having to scramble to find an alternative.

I don't know. I wasn't there. I did go to Moon Shadow glass etching company to fix a heater.
Now I do like their work. Beautiful.

Excellent customer service! Called day ahead to coordinate truck tow to my mechanic. Arrived on time and followed up to confirm the truck was delivered. Very professional, thank you Tracy!
