NexGen Solar easily deserves 5 stars!!! The wealth of knowledge, the high level of service, and experience exceeded my expectations. They answered all my questions and explained the entire process. I was a little hesitant to purchase solar at the beginning, but NexGen Solar put my hesitation at ease. The equipment, Enphase Energy Systems is a global energy technology for the future and I can monitor the system through their app which I absolutely love! The installers were very professional and know what they’re doing. Who you choose to purchase solar from matters and undoubtedly, we made the right decision with NexGen Solar.
Words can not express how AMAZING NexGen was to work with on my solar project. At the time of doing Solar we also had a new roof install and NexGen helped source the contractor, stayed on top of the project and walked through it with me on the questions I had while communicating with the roofing contractor. The roofing was quick, easy and the job was beautifully executed within days of signing the agreement!
Now on to the Solar - from the beginning Joel worked with me to determine my current and future energy needs. He made sure to ask all the important questions, show me different scenarios and gave me all the options while giving me his honest opinion. He took great pride in making sure I was informed and answering all my questions.
The Solar installation itself was quick and easy, a representative from NexGen was onsite for all of the inspections - they handled it all and I just couldn't believe how quick the whole process of permits and inspections was.
We are up and running and I love the integration and features they provided us. I can call with any questions and they have also followed up to see how are bill has adjusted and to see if we have any questions.
