I tried my first ever cryotherapy session at next health. I was very nervous about going in and trying it out for the first time as I don’t like being cold!!! Tommaso was amazing and explained everything and answered the million questions I had. He reassured me that I could do it and would enjoy the process. There was Virtually no waiting time and the facility was so clean and inviting. I was greeted promptly and taken on a tour while waiting for my turn. My husband was with me as we decided to try it together. They have two changing rooms and have everything you need for your session, gloves, socks, slippers, towels and headphones to listen to your song of choice to get you through your 3 minute duration. I’m not gonna lie it’s exactly what it sounds like, extremely cold and uncomfortable but the time actually went by very quickly. They told me to focus on breathing which I did and I completed the session. Amazing care at this place you must try it!!! They have many other treatments and services I’m very curious about trying.

Had the best experience at Next Health Studio City today. Darryl was so helpful getting me set up with my IV and vitamin shots. I need to make this a priority! Feel so good.
