EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SALES REPS/CONSULTANTS OF THIS CONTRACT COMPANY! There was NEVER a mention of a tax lien being put on my home for using this program. An the consultant lied saying the upgrades would increase the value of my home. SPECIFICALLY told the consultant I was looking to refi my house to pay off a vehicle. An that’s when he told me it would benefit us to get this work done because it would increase the value of my home. Now that I was about to close my refi they won’t fund the loan cuz the lien this program put on my house. The workers broke things in my home that the main representative NEVER followed up with me to correct those problems. In disgust by the way these people conduct business. Put some friends information down to refer them to this program but have immediately made sure to let them know how they conduct business. You guys deserve -5 stars an have a lawsuit coming.
