This was our first home sale and if it wasn’t for Sue I can’t even imagine how it would have turned out. She did an excellent job walking us through the whole process and making our first home sale a large success! She was very quick to respond and has a world of knowledge about the real estate industry which she loves to share with you! If I have any friends or family looking for a home in the Pierce County area, I’ll definitely give them Sue’s number!

Sue Larsen did an outstanding job of representing me as the seller of a home in DuPont, WA. There were several significant issues that needed to be addressed to prepare the home for sale. Sue effectively managed all of the contractors such that the house looked great; significantly increasing the sale price. I live out of state and didn't have to make one trip to DuPont as Sue managed everything. She is by far the best real estate agent I have every dealt with.

Sue Larson and her team are wonderful to work with. Sue guided is in our first time home buying process in 2012. She was always there to answer questions and was so helpful. She made the process so smooth seamless.
We received relocation orders in December 2016 and knew Sue was the best person to list our home. She guided us the whole way and was always there when we needed her. She helped us determine what repairs needed to be done before we listed the house and how to stage it . She had beautiful professional photos taken. With her amazing help our house was under contract is just 5 days. She really made a normally stressful situation stress free.
