I am a 63 year old male who spent his life in the Public Works Construction Industry. Working and playing hard was my motto. Turning the corner into my 60's brought my share of aches, pains, and perhaps burnout. Knowing pain medications are only a temporary solution and unhealthy I sought out other remedies for relief and fortunately discovered Melissa and CFR. CFR through physical guided explorations reintroduced me to my mind, body, and spiritual connection not only with myself but also with our outside environment I have gained so much more then relief of physical pain through this journey and will always be grateful for this growing experience.
