I've been here for a few years so I'm leaving a 4 star review HOWEVER just tonight I washed my clothes and nothing is clean I used detergent with my clothes and did not overload it. I did the same routine I normally do and my clothes are literally still dirty. I'm not sure what happened

So I walk into this place they’re not overpacked but a bit busy. My brother walks in before me with the clothes. (We BOTH have loads to do) I walk in maybe a minute after. The laundry attendant approaches me. At 1st I thought she was about I help me or tell me that the machine was broken, I’m putting my money in the change exchanger for quarters. She asks me am I washing I tell her yes, she asks where are my clothes so I pointed to my brother and says he has them. She then tries to stop me and says to me, to give her the money back, she works here (I’m guessing she didn’t believe me. I wait for the rest of my change & she’s standing over me. Then she follows me to make sure that I’m with him then she antagonistically asks the the woman who came in right after me “Hi! Do you you need any change?” I took our clothes & we left. She then yells “don’t come back!” I didn’t even argue with the woman I left. It’s 2020 and people are still being this low. This made me extremely upset. The time before I washed here another laundry attendant watched me the ENTIRE time. I did my best to not think the worst but this 2nd time being there did it for me. If you don’t have to do laundry there please don’t. PLEASE DON’T people with businesses should not treat people this way. I tried to be rational but this lady was unreasonable. I’ll wash my clothes in a sink before going back here.
