Check out other reviews on Houzz. Same issues I had. They charge a fortune for basically sending over subcontractors that do work that superficially looks good but falls apart within a couple years. They do not stand by their work claiming to only be designers. I would also day this...how can u be in business for 40+ years and not tons of glowing reviews?

Nick Williams saved our yard, saved us from a fatal design flaw, presented us with a plan that gave us a 40' by 20' pool, AND gave us a bigger yard than before we put the pool in. Absolute genius. they are price-y, but you get what you pay for.. I have had 20 years of daily enjoyment simply being in the environment they created for us.
