Nicole was referred to us this spring, we had an older home (1959) from my mothers estate to sell in Oregon City. I live in Washington and had no idea what this would entail. We met Nicole at the house and hired her on the spot. Best decision we made! She was very knowledgeable of the area, had great ideas, knew the county/state laws and she moved quickly to get the job done. Nicole just covers all of the bases. She manages aspects of home buying and selling you're not even aware of. We had such a great experience working with her to sell our home that we wanted to work with her on two other transactions, including buying our dream home! Nicole was instrumental in negotiating with the sellers on our new home. We strongly believe it is because of her professionalism and expertise that the sellers chose us. She is thorough, efficient, a great communicator and so good at what she does. She doesn't miss a beat. She has so much experience and we would recommend her to anyone we know.

Nicole was referred to my wife and I by a friend, and I'm glad that we found her. Our first realtor tried to push us to buy the first house we looked at, and Nicole was the opposite. She stuck with us for 4 months during the slow winter season until we found the right one. She worked with us to show us houses around our schedule, and when it came time to submit an offer she was available at all times of the day. She always gave us sound advice and has helped us find a contractor after we purchased.
