Nicole Goostree is everything you could want in a realtor- professional, attentive, and most of all knowledgeable of the communities she serves. I found Nicole to be honest and fair in her dealings with me as a seller and with the many buyers she brought to the table. She went the extra mile on my raw land -which we all know can be a challenge to sell- by working to create a dynamic visual presentation by way of a professionally produced and edited drone video/virtual tour. Nicole is never going to offer buyers or sellers fluff, she is the real deal, tells it like it is and she gets the job done right. Her integrity really shines through, I never felt pressured by her and she was a trusted guide on this journey.

We were looking for a vacation cabin in Arnold and Nicole helped us navigate this crazy seller’s market. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always very responsive, answered all of our questions and made great suggestions. She would go check out houses for us during the week when we were not able to drive up and virtually walked us through. She was also quick to set up appointments on the weekends for us to look at houses personally. We never felt pressured and we found a great house. We would absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy a house in the area.
