If you are in the market for a realtor, Nicole is your person. Nicole is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and caring, listening carefully to our needs and goals and making sure our home search exceeded our expectations. She advocated for my wife and I while helping through education and conversation to set realistic and fair plans for the offer, negotiation, and closing processes. Nicole is very knowledgeable about the market, and the buying/selling process. She is also just a really fun and kind person. You will have a very positive sale or purchase process if you work with her.

Nicole was phenomenal! We were first time buyers with very minimal knowledge of the buying process and Nicole walked us through every single step with a smile on her face and excitement to match. She was prompt in her communication, clear in what was required from us, and helpful everywhere in between. Nicole knew she had big shoes to fill as my late father was a realtor and was supposed to be alongside us during the process and she did not disappoint! I’ll forever rely on (and recommend) her for any real estate purchase/sale. You can’t go wrong here!

Nicole walked me through the home-buying process in 2022. She was just as excited as me, and when it didn’t work out, she gave me good advice. Even though the timing didn’t work out then, she has become a top contact as a local resource, whether it’s rentals, real estate investment ideas,, or a good food recommendation, she’s always got good advice. I look forward to purchasing real estate with her in the future. And in the meantime I’m happy to call her a friend.
