I recently came from Ottawa to Toronto for travelling purposes and went in the nike store to buy stuff. Literally everyone was coming at me and asking me for help and I said no I am okay.
Then another guy came and took my clothes from my hands and said whenever yours ready to try I am waiting for you in the fitting room while I was still browsing clothes. I forgot his name but he was curly brown hair guy with beard.
I bought what I wanted and he asked me while I was leaving what I got and I showed him being in pressured that no one should call me a thief but in my head "I don't want to show what I got man, Back off now I already got what I wanted"
I felt so uncomfortable and pressured that I couldn't explore more stuff. At least the collection there is nice but treating normal customers as thieves is not a good idea!
I still got what I wanted in first place. But paid my money for a bad experience.
Quite big and colourful store.
I was in the market for new runners and was contemplating between 2 of their products. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful in guiding me into making a final decision. Not only did they help me understand the overall pros and cons for my options, they also informed me of benefits for them in the long run. Shout out to Brett, stand up guy who knows customer service 101.
