Super friendly and helpful staff. Spent $8000 on a top notch built in refridgerator, had it delivered, and found it didn't fit. No extra charges or hassle, they offered to refund or exchange it for a different one at my choosing. Great quality priducts come at a price, but you get what you pay for so no surprises here. Will use them for all major appliances from here on out.

I had a dryer delivered and after gas hookup it was discovered that it didn't heat, as if the flame wasn't igniting. The installer shut off gas. I called Nilsen's and they had the dryer picked up removed the broken and because my dryer was now backordered, they delivered a brand new out of box on my driveway dryer to use until mine arrived and can be installed. All at no charge to me. You can't beat a family run business that stands by its product.

We just bought all new appliances for our kitchen from them.. We were very impressed, they have options that big box stores didn't have so that sold us. Then when the delivery team showed up I was even more impressed. They were meticulous about moving things in. We will definitely be going back.
