I am very thankful to Assaad and his associate carpenter, Chris, in accommodating my family's need in creating a wooden multi step for my mom, who has severe osteoarthritis in her knees. As you can tell from the pictures, the standard 2-step configuration is about 1 foot high from the kitchen floor to the garage. With my provided design layout, I asked Assaad and Chris if they can perform the job for me. They were gracious enough and able to perform the work request for this small job. Chris did a great job in making sure the steps were solidly secured to the floor over the existing 2-step configuration. The handrail posts were fully bolted and secured to the floor and the new sanded multi-step configuration. The communication was top notch. The last bottom piece is removable and is only used when my mom uses the steps. Overall, Chris did a wonderful job, and I would recommend Assaad and his associate for future projects.

Nimble Construction Services did a great job renovating the exterior of the house: replacing broken siding and trim, repainting the exterior, and fixing and repainting the broken fence too. High quality worked provided, and very pleasing to work with.

Assaad is a customer centric contractor. He was upfront and transparent about everything along the way. His crew were also all outstanding. We have a baby and the workers were all super conscientious of working near her and around her. Often given her smiles and laughs to make her feel comfortable. We needed a door removed and a wall reframed and an old oddly sized door replaced and reframed to fit a modern sized door. The work was excellent. I will definitely use Nimble Construction again.
