Optical! Very unprofessional, rude ,and irresponsible staff. I have been coming to this place for about 2 years 7 pair of glasses and everything was going well till one of their frames were not good and was cutting my nose when I ask to repair or change it BIANCA" was sooo rude and indifferent the she didn't want to deal with me because she insisted the I have to get used to it. When I brought it in for her to fix the problem she broke the pad and decided to order a new pair, and that was the last time I saw her because she didn't want to talk to me or interact with me . instead WILMA! another good for nothing! took over and was soooo rude yelling at me over the phone telling me the she put a new screws an it should be fine. at this point I was there to pick up and pay for 3 more set of glasses I have been spending lot of money at This place an have been treating with such of disrespect it is unacceptable.!WORSE you can even complain to Dr Bornfeld or Dr Nina because according to Wilma " she is the BOSS"" an she decides what is to be inform to the Dr. Unfortunately Dr Bornfeld only comes twice a year just to oversee the office staff but nothing as far as patients complain is informed to him. And Dr Nina is just another Employee . That is what Wilma said . Very disappointed with this awful service and staff at the Optical!
